My carpets look awesome! My only issue is when I was showing the carpet and what I was hoping that would be cleaned, was the edges of the carpet. The edges of our carpet have a grayish tinge & I wasn't told that they wouldn't be cleaned. The main carpet looks gorgeous, but the edges look as bad as they did before. But the edges were my whole point in getting the carpet cleaned. I don't know if they don't clean the edges bc the machine can't get there... but when I was showing the edges of the carpet and talking about how I want them cleaned, I wish he would have told me that they can't or don't clean carpet edges. He told me the gray edges were from dirty air ducts. Our carpet is light and they grayish tinge is around every single room the entire way around each room. I just wish I knew they were not going to even be touched. That's all. But the main carpet looks great. I just still have my original problem of dirty edges:/ But I will use them again next time, bc other than the edges, everything was perfect!!
