I've had our white Burber carpeting professionally cleaned several times before I called Zerorez and they were never able to remove coffee and soda stains. After Zerorez left and the carpet dried, it looks like a new carpet. No more stains! I also couldn't believe how much residue was left behind from other commercial carpet cleaners. I will definitely use and recommend Zerorez to my friends.

You service was amazing they were able to get out stains in my daughters room that had been there for YEARS. The service techs were great my carpet looks fantastic and was almost dry . You will be the only carpet service in my house and my rental property from now on.

The technician gave me an in- depth explanation of what the service included and was very nice to deal with. I am very satisfied with the way my carpeting looks now and especially happy that there are no chemical odors in my home since I do have allergies and am asthmatic. I will however recommend Zerorez.

Omg! Fantastic! Price was very very reasonable, and the Service was more than great; from the initial phone call I placed all the way thru the Technician completing the job! My older carpets look brand new. With 3 dogs (w/occasional accidents)all of the stains are gone & my whole house smells and looks new. No chemical smells or deodorizing cover-up scents....just plain Fresh!!! I have recommended you to friends, family and co-workers and will definitely call you back next time I need my carpets 'cleaned'! Thank you Zerorez!!!

I had some SERIOUS dog pee issues in my carpet. I dont smell a thing anymore!! :) Plus, John got down on the floor to make sure it was dog pee to assure that he got the exact spot. He's amazing.

I did respond to this feedback request. We are very pleased with the results of having your company clean our carpets and 3 pieces of furniture. From our initial contact with your company after hearing your commercial on KDKA morning radio to having Taylor in our home. When he came to provide your service, he viewed the carpeting and furniture pieces and explained the entire process with us. After which he went to work and worked hard at cleaning. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We definitely like the fact that no chemicals or soapy solutions were used. It was just clean and fresh. The carpets look great and cleaned much better then expected. Taylor was great as well- he took the time to explain things and really took care in his work, making sure we were happy, and ensuring that the carpets were the best they could be. Taylor was a great example of the type of employee I would want to hire.
