The product and the technician

The carpet cleaning service was easy to schedule. Also, the cleaning technician explained everything clearly before he started and was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpets looked and smelled great after they were cleaned and the products used are made out of natural ingredients. I would use the service again for sure.

Our rugs look great! They cleaned the couch as well. The couch smells great; however, the stains were not removed completely (our dog got blood on the couch so I am not sure they could have gotten them out anyways). Overall we were happy with the service provided and would recommend them to a friend.

To be honest I was totally skeptical. I have had many,many carpet cleaning companies in the past 40+ years. I was totally impressed. Corey explained everything while reassuring me I would be very pleased. He was very professional and courteous. Worked very hard to make sure every room was done to my statisfaction. The outcome was AMAZING! I told Corey I would be calling next month for Zerorez to come back to do my other rooms. Corey got spots out that I never thought would come out! I have already called my friends who were looking for a great carpet cleaning company!
