The gentleman who came out, I believe his name was Dave? Was extremely helpful. He went over what all of our costs were up front so we weren't surprised and he even cleaned extra stairs that we were not expecting. very professional, nice, he took his time and did a great job.

The scheduling process was very easy and accommodating to my availability and wishes. The technician was prompt and did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. The cleaning was the best that we have ever had and we normally use one of the top companies in the area to ol handle all of our carpet cleaning. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
