Technician Joe was very nice and professional he did a thorough job and told us what to do. There were a few areas that I had told him we had an issue with when we used a competitor and he said it was called brownout or which was caused by wicking And said if we have any issues just to give a call back to customer care I apologize for the late fee back but I was getting ready for my sons graduation party where I did recommend my sister utilize your services

The technician Matt was extremely personable and knowledgeable. After he was finished he allowed me to come down and see if I could still smell the odor in my carpet, unfortunately I did. Instead of shrugging his shoulders and saying I tried everything, he went back to the truck unloaded his equipment again and came back in to start again. This time he demolished the odor and left my room smelling great!

My carpets are old and after cleaning old spots were gone. Carpet was soft and drying time was very fast. The technician was very polite offered other services.but was not pushy. Very pleased with the service.
