When I received the call to confirm the appointment I was scheduled for the afternoon, though I was hoping for morning. I was happily surprised when I received a call the morning of my appointment asking if I'd be interested in them coming earlier since the early appointment had finished quicker - I was more than willing! The technician was very respectful of the apartment and the space he would be in. He took his time and made sure he explained to me what he was going to do. The citrus smell was very pleasant and there wasn't a lot of noise from the machine. The technician made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before he left. I think this was the first time the rugs had been professionally done and they looked amazing! From the person I spoke with for the estimate and to book the appointment, the person who left the message to confirm the appointment, the technician and the person I spoke with after on the phone (wanted to confirm - again - I'd get an email receipt)everyone was polite, very helpful and very friendly. Now that I own a home I won't hesitate to use Zerorez again and will tell everyone I know about them and their service.

The carpets are not soaked and dry fast. Zerorez can remove most spots although two did not remove on my carpet.

Everything about my experience with ZeroRez has been amazing. The scheduling was quick and the estimate was accurate; the technician (Cody) called me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way; when Cody showed up he was professional, well groomed and he took very good care of my house. After he was done there was a low pressure sales pitch for a couple of products that I happily purchased. The carpet looks and smells amazing and I highly recommend using ZeroRez-pittsburgh.
