I was very impressed with the informative customer service when I called to receive a quote and schedule our appointment. On the day of the appointment, Nate was professional and kind. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Our carpets had stains that we could not remove after several attempts ourselves, and are so pleased they are now gone! We are so happy with our carpets that feel like new! We love that there was no chemical smell. Excellent service overall, and we will definitely be calling again in the future!
