Well for one, the technician was fantastic. Two, they were three hours earlier than expected which was such a big help to me because I had to take my lunch break at work to meet them. Three, the carpets came out fabulous and they let me go back to work while they finished up. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their carpets to be cleaned! Fast, super friendly, extremely professional, and the work speaks for itself.

I did not have high expectations for the carpets after being part of a renovation zone and not being covered. But - holy cow, they are clean!

Technician Joe was very nice and professional he did a thorough job and told us what to do. There were a few areas that I had told him we had an issue with when we used a competitor and he said it was called brownout or which was caused by wicking And said if we have any issues just to give a call back to customer care I apologize for the late fee back but I was getting ready for my sons graduation party where I did recommend my sister utilize your services
