There was still some urine smell from my dog and you could still see some of the stains but I think that's because it had saturated the padding. On the plus side, Dan was very professional and a great guy, and my carpet dried in record time!

The technician,Rob was very pleasant and professional. He explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions before doing any of the service, then he walked me through it step by step as he went along. The products did not have a strong chemical smell which was a plus. The carpet wasn't "soggy" and it dried relatively quickly. The next day I could not get over how clean the carpet was, no evidence of dog accidents at all and the carpet was soft and like new. It was more than I could have hoped for! Will definitely use zerorez again and recommend to my friends.

MY experience with zerorez today was so great. Matt, the fella who cleaned my carpets and couch was so great. He was personable, walked me through everything that was happening and did a fantastic job. I have 2 dogs who like to rub their bodies in the dirt then come and rub their bodies on my couch so the couch needed a lot of work but now it looks brand new. I couldn't have been happier with the results.
