The products cleaned our carpet so well, they look new! And that's no simple feat...they are off white and 10y old. The products smelled really fresh and not like chemicals at all. I was able to schedule an appointment for both my air ducts and my carpets very quickly and the technicians that came out were great! They were very professional, very friendly and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier with our over all experience!
