Excellent job cleaning the carpet...the Zerorez technician was even able to remove a stain that a previous carpet cleaner could not remove & that was 2-3 years ago. I had given up on ever having that stain removed so needless to say I am thrilled with the Zerorez carpet cleaning service. I will most definitely be a customer again!!

It had a very natural smell when done-not an overpowering chemical smell. Also, the technician was very knowledgeable.
I had my Air ducts and dry vent cleaned. It has made a huge difference for our allergies! I couldn't believe how much dirt was in our ducts!

Dave was a great representative of the company. He was well-versed in all of the products and services and he explained all of them to me thoroughly. I left work to let him into my apartment and he was quick, yet I left feeling confident that I had left my apartment in able hands. It was overall a great experience and I would certainly choose zerorez again!
