Cody came and cleaned our carpets and he did an amazing job! I thought there was no hope what so ever but they look brand new! He didnt tey to push us to buy anything extra but he asked! I ened up getting the powder that you dilute with water and it works! With 3 small children and a dog im impressed!! Will definitely use zero rez in the future and i highly recommend them!

Whatever products that are used smell fresh, and actually work. Our technician was so professional and when we had a stain that initially wouldn't come out, he recommended a different product that he garaunteed would work and gave it to us at a discounted price. He was right, it did work. Now our carpets have never looked better, and our technician was quick, efficient, and very friendly.

I liked Zerorez stood behind everything you promise. Starting with a call with a three hour window,and when he was 15 min. away.The young man was on time. He was polite, honest,and he asked was I interested in a few different things,but when I said no he didn't try to push it he just said ok....He did a great job. My floors look great. Appreciated technician working with me regarding the stains in my sun room. Treatment did not totally take care of the problem, but he made an adjustment to the charge for the biological treatment that kept the whole thing reasonable. Perfection is hard to find in this world, I got a reasonable outcome at a reasonable price which is what I was looking for.

The staff are very nice, efficient and take special care to only improve the house rather than leave any additional marks. We've had Zerorez come twice now and have no complaints.

The staff (Andrew and Nick) were very professional, courteous, and represented Zerorez with very high standards. My carpets were beautiful when they finished and I appreciate that no chemicals were left on my carpets to attract dirt and dust.

Nick and Anthony were very thorough and actually were ahead of schedule and came early. Nick was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was blown away by the end result. My carpets and furniture looked brand new!! I like the fact that your cleaner is safe on all kinds of upholstery and carpets. Nick went the extra mile and made sure any spots that we saw after the initial cleaning were removed and that he was not leaving until we were satisfied with the end result. It was Anthony’s 2nd day on the job and already he was a Pro. My husband and I also like the other amenities you have to offer such as Air Ducts Cleaning and Tile and Grout Cleaning.
