My carpet is truly clean. The guy missed 3 big spots the first time, and came back the next day for free to finish the job. I am totally pleased.

No matter the age of the rug, they always come out looking almost new. This is the second time we've used them and certainly will again in the future. However, I do have a problem. Paid for the rug protection but never saw it sprayed on. Called the office about it but received no satisfaction. Other than that, great job and great worker.

I could not be happier with the service received and the results of that service. Daryl was very professional, informative, and very particular about the job he did. I couldn't be more please . I loved the fact that there is no soap/chemicals left in my carpets and the fact that my carpets were practically dry before he even left. I have done nothing but talk about zerorez to family and friends and highly recommend the service. Thanks to The Fan talk radio station for bringing zerorez to my attention. I will definately use zerorez from now on.
