Our technician was Marc Stock, he went over everything ahead of time, including additional services and fees so there were no surprises at the end when it came time to pay. Will definitely use them again.

The smell is wonnnnnderful! Joseph was so nice and easy to ask questions to. He had good answers that made me feel confident in him. He got all of our stains up. He helped my husband move some of the furniture. I have already recommended zerorez and Joseph to everybody I know!
