service rep was great - he was on time, polite, professional, was able to get a bad stain removed.

Additionally, he blocked off my door so that my AC stayed in and he also wiped down my walls and used protection on my corner walls so they hose/tubes didn't scratch my walls.

Overall - this was much better than the other company I used in the past.

Person who came was very professional and explained the service. He was finished in just a few hours and the carpet was dried completely by the end of the day. I like that they do not use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets. It has been about a month and my carpet still looks great!

Rachel was awesome!! I am amazed at how new our carpets look! I thought my dogs had ruined them but Rachel made them look new again! I'll recommend you guys to anyone! I hope not to need it again any time soon but when I do I'll be calling and requesting Rachel to come back! Thanks!

got appointment with in 48 hrs. Mike showed up at exact time, explained process, looked at job and explained what I could expect, and prices. I have white carpet (not easy to keep or get clean). It now not only looks great but it also feels great as well. Quite supprised and pleased, thanks

Andre and brad were extremly professional and explained and or answered all our questions. They removed some "oh god what is that" stains we had no idea what they were (we are renting the house they cleaned for us). Give those boys a raise, id call em back anytime! Thanks again

Rob was the person that came to the house. He was very nice and professional. Everything was perfect, fast, and super clean. He even got out some grease stains that were six years old!
