Serviceman was excellent. We did a walkthrough before he started and he let me know of some tough spots that may not come out.

Keith was efficient and did a good cleaning job (particularly on a couple of badly soiled steps), with minimum disturbance to us in the house.
I prefer to have a written (email) estimate so there are fewer questions when the job is done and billed.
My carpet has "black shadowing" in spots due to over-cleaning and "cat yak" staining. After I moved the furniture, I did not expected the cleaning to be successful and was prepared to cancel the appointment. However, after reviewing the job with the tech, we decided to process and the tech exceeding my expectations and achieved a 95% success rate.
