My wife and I were very interested in trying Zerorez after hearing the ads on the radio, and after having a disappointing previous rug cleaning by our past cleaner.

We were impressed with the technician and his knowledge of the Zerorez technology. He explained that since we had a dog, he would recommend the Topical Pet Treatment to ensure that the rugs were properly cleaned.

He seemed to be very thorough in preparation and cleaning after explaining the process, and was finished in a little more than 1 hour.

The home smelled very clean afterward and we are certainly glad that we found a new rug cleaning company.

Smells good, dries fast

There is no residual smell and carpets do not feel hard. Your service person Mark did a fantastic job! He took the time to explain the process he would be using to clean the carpets and was very patient in providing explanations to my numerous questions. I would recommend Mark and Zerorez to anyone. I will definitely be requesting Mark to clean my carpets again.

It is easy to schedule, the technician explains everything he or she is doing and why and how much it will cost before performing the work. They are friendly and respectful of my home. And they do great work! Both times we have used Zerorez they have gotten bad stains our of our carpets and cleaned the rest thoroughly. We will be using Zerorez again!

We tried Zeroez a few years ago and it's been our go to carpet cleaners. We had a few issues with the tech we had last fall. Zeroez promptly addressed the issue and we asked to not have the same technician. This technician arrived, on time, the carpets look great and smell awesome! He made sure to extract as much water as possible. The carpets were completely dry in less than 6 hours. Excellent job!!!
