Representative arrived on time and was great to work with. He did a wonderful job with the carpets and my cranky cat really liked him, so he gets definite bonus points for that!
The service tech was super nice and easy to work with. The entire process was a great experience and the job was better than expected. I had a lot of spots due to dog accidents that I did not believe could be cured but was taken care of. The house smells fresh as well. The only thing that I would say that was a bit of a downside is the price ended up being way more expensive than the initial estimate during the scheduling call.

Very professional, didn't over-charge or add on things just because they could. The salesmen on the phone was super efficient while also very thorough. The person who did the cleaning was quick and did an excellent job. He made recommendations on what treatsments to do and it seems he was correct because our carpet looks and smells great.

Andrew did a great job. Except for some ripples in one room, that carpet looks brand new. I do understand that older carpets can do that sometime. We put weight on a few areas and they did relax a bit.
