VERY happy with the service start to finish! The technician was very efficient and polite. Explained all products and services before cleaning. The only thing that I am not pleased about was the price. I only had one room cleaned which I put down as two due to the size of the room. I did add on the pet treatment which was doubled due to the size, but over $300!!! That was crazy! Although pleased with the results it was not worth over $300. Will not be using this company again.

How clean my carpets look and smell. Don’t have to wait until they dry before walking on them, the were completely dry by next morning.

MY SERVICE TECH WAS ON TIME WHICH MEANS A LOT TO ME, LATE PEOPLE SUCK. HE CAME IN ACCESSED THE JOB, WE CAME UP WITH A PLAN AND HE GOT HIS EQUIPMENT AND WENT TO WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY HE DID IT AND THE FINAL RESULTS. I WAITED TO LEAVE A REVIEW TILL THE CARPET WAS COMPLETELY DRY. THE CARPET ISN'T STICKY LIKE SOME CLEANING JOBS I HAD DONE BEFORE. STICKY MEANS IT JUST GETS DIRTY AGAIN REAL FAST. THE CARPET EVEN PASSED MY WIFES ON ALL 4'S SNIFF TEST. THANK YOU JACOB FOR THE FINE JOB. WILL USE AGAIN.

I scheduled to have my duct work cleaned & carpet cleaned & had to reschedule due to a family funeral. Zerorez was so very understanding & helpful. When they arrived for the cleanings I was beyond pleased with the men doing the work. They were very respectful, & patiently answered all of my questions. The techs were fantastic. They worked hard to get our carpets cleaned. We still have a wet dog smell, but weknow that it’s not due to the service we received from our techs!
