I was very pleased with the worker and the carpet cleaning itself. Matt was very courteous and took measures to make sure nothing got marked up, soiled, etc. He also provided us with more knowledge of the cleaning process itself and stopped in the middle of cleaning to show us the difference it was making.
I carpeting is over 15 years old. I have dealt with other carpet cleaners and the last one before this left my rug soaked and honestly I think my husband could have gotten the rugs cleaner himself. Not so with your service. We walked on our carpeting within a few hours.
I was extremely satisfied at the end of the cleaning but here I am a month later still impressed with how it looks.
