Over priced up charges, that you put on the service techs.
You should offer pet or protection on a 3 room special, like you 3 rooms for $129 w/o protection something like 3 rooms at $210 with protection.
Optional charges of 400+ from the service tech. With comments like, if you dont do pet you will bring the pet smell out or the stream removed all the protection, so you wont have any if you do. Called the good old bait and switch. $274 to $747, Nice upcharging.

No harsh chemicals since we have kids and a dog constantly laying on the carpet.

I have used zerorez twice and was pleased with the carpet cleaning. I do not have young children or pets, so the carpets were not that dirty or stained, but I liked the scent of the product used and how nice the carpets did look.

My technician was very friendly, informative and seemed to know the product very well. He was very considerate with placing drop cloths throughout the house. My carpets look really nice and they dried very quickly. No chemical smell. Definitely will use your company again!
