Everything! I've been having my rugs cleaned for over 20 years by several different companies and have never been happier with the results. I can truthfully say they look as good as new again. There were areas of accidental food spills and high traffic areas that I tried everything on and nothing worked until now.
Next, the smell of the rooms when they were done was amazing. There was a mild and pleasant smell of lemon instead of the ordinary chemical smell in the past after the cleaning.
The first thing I heard when someone can into the house was, "what is that beautiful smell."
Next, your employee was polite and informative on every step he was going to do,
From the time he set up the equipment until the time finished the job, he didn't stop working.
He represented your company well and I have already started to tell friends and family about Zerorez and the excellent job they did.

Andrew was an extremely dedicated, hard worker. He scrubbed the carpets so they looked new.

The technicians were very courteous and friendly and efficient.They called with the 15 minute notice and they were on time. They offered a military discount whenever they noticed a veterans hat. The carpets are clean without a strong smell. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
