Was very pleased with the service and the technican Mark. My only problem with it was the
fact that I didn't get the carpet cleaned until 7 P.M. I was told he would arrive between 4 and
7, so it wasn't his fault at all, but I thought it was too late to schedule a cleaning.

I liked how fast and efficient it was. I also feel like my carpets are so much cleaner, however, the one type of carpet is still a little wet (it's been over 30 hours). It's taking a lot longer to dry than I thought it would.
