I really like the professional and competent service that I received. This is the second time that I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets. It was three years ago for the previous cleaning. And the carpets still looked relatively clean. They did not pick up dirt as quickly as with other types of carpet cleaning that leave a sticky residue. I also like the technician takes great care and making sure that the job is done completely And thoroughly
Matt explained everyrhing well, then got to work. I was concernes how long it would take to dry and he brought a fan in to speed it up a bit. Carpet looked brand new when he was done!
I especially liked the triangle pattern on the floor when he was finished.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others, and I would use them again. I was able to get a timely appointment for air duct cleaning. Everything was explained over the phone at the time of booking the service. There also was a call 2 days before giving me a time window of the technician's arrival. The technician (Chris) phoned the morning of to say what time he would be arriving. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. There were over 40 air vents in my house, and he was finished approximately 3 hours later.

The individual who performed our carpet cleaning was very professional, thorough, and respectful. One of the best experiences we have had!
The worker was polite, friendly, and explained options I had for the heavily soiled area. He provided discounts to me for this service. He took his time and sprayed the heavy soiled areas then started on cleaning the hall and steps. I can see he was quite thorough in his cleaning method. He wore blue booties during the cleaning and put a clean pair on after he completed the cleaning to review the cleaning that was completed. He spent a good amount of time in cleaning the carpets and I felt very comfortable that he was doing a good job.
