The room smells fresh and the carpet is thoroughly cleaned. No sticky residue, and it dries quickly. The technicians are knowledgeable about their products, which helps to make the process that much easier.

Not sure what you are looking for but, rugs were cleaned well without a lot of water and no soap. I liked that

Our technician that cleaned our home was very knowledgeable and an all around nice person. He took the time to listen to our wishes and concerns and was thorough in his cleaning. We will definitely use the residential services. With that said the commercial side is not as good. I used them once and was very happy with the out comes. However, I have tried to use this company two additional times and had to call several times and email to get someone to respond. Needless to say we used a different company both times.

I have 3 dogs and when they have accidents or sick I have the pet solution bottle on hand it cleans up the mess. I just blot and it cleans up. No stain is left and the smell is fresh. I would diffently recommend zerorez. My carpets r like new after cleaning.
