I would recommend zerorez but do have an issue with the seam of carpet peeling up where intense urine cleaning was done. 2nd tech came 9/10/18 and took pictures to have his boss review.

Receiving a reminder call; a text from the actual employee completing the job; an explanation of the service from beginning until end; and the reassurance of satisfaction guarantee made the experience a positive one for me.
I especially liked Ryan because of care he took in making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He took care of the job area by protecting the hardwood floors while cleaning the upholstered furniture. Ryan was friendly and engaging. He even treated our pet dog with care!
