The tech that did my floors arrived at the very start of my appointment, which is always nice to not wait around all day. He gave me a full assessment and suggestions before he started working. The carpets came out a lot cleaner than expected and smell amazing

Shout out to Mark! He did a great job at our house. He was able to get the slight dog odor out of our carpet. He provided excellent customer service. I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I liked the idea of not using chemicals to clean the carpets and how it is better to use for your family and the environment. The customer service was great but I did think it was alittle pricey.

Technician was prompt, we walk through the areas to be cleaned and discussed various stains on the carpet. He identified which ones he would be able to remove, others he might be able to remove and one (ink) that probably would not be removed. After he finished we walked through again and he was able to remove all but the ink stain.
The whole job took almost exactly how long he thought it would take.
I was very happy with the results and the whole process.

Your techs were on time, polite, efficient, informative and considerate. Carpets look great. Not soaked at all. No odors. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to others.

Zerorez was able to get some set in stains and play-doh out of our carpet. The house smelled fresh and clean afterward, no distinct scent, just clean. I had to reschedule twice due to our families schedule changes, and it was no problem at all. Everyone I talked to at Zerorez was extremely pleasant and very easy to deal with. Our technician, Dave, was friendly, professional, hard working and honest. Our carpets are over 10 years old and I am definitely satisfied that they look as good as they could possibly look after our cleaning. Thank you.

Oh gosh! I am amazed at how good my carpets look after Zerorez does their job. My kids laugh at my enthusiasm and anticipation for your visit. I don't usually get this excited or tout companies and their services, but I do tell my friends about Zerorez. Completely satisfied!

This was the 2nd time using zerorez. The guy who came out was very nice & seemed to take pride in his work.. The products used where great. The products we purchased on our 1st visit was fantastic and would recommend buying the stain and neutralizing soulutions & are top notch and will buy again when we run low as we do have pets. Sorry I can't remember the reps name maybe Dave? Again was great. He supplied us with some disposable foot covers to use till carpet was dry which didn't take long at all because of the powerful suction of their state of art equipment.

Brian was who did our carpets for us and he was extremely polite, helpful and explained the process to us. When you have someone come into your home to complete a service, the way they represent themselves and the company is important! Thank you, Brian.

Professional friendly fast service great job

Andrew was knowledgeable and professional. My carpets are now perfectlyclean, smell wonderful and protected! I have 4 boys and 3 dogs, so our carpets were a mess to say the least. Zerorez performed wonderfully to get my carpets back to looking brand new! Thank you Andrew and Zerorez! A very satisfied customer!

The service men were very thorough in explaining services and costs. They did a great job on my rugs and carpet.

It is a little pricey but I like that they use products that are safe for my pets and Children.
