The technician David Ford was terrific! He called and asked if he could come earlier then the scheduled appointment, and of course I said yes! He was professional, kind and very understanding of my crazy dogs. He explained the air duct cleaning procedure before he started and showed me a written cost prior to beginning anything. It didn't take very long and he left everything as neat as a pin.
