the people who came out were great, i still have stains on the living room carpet but know it was in bad shape, again the gentlemen who came out for the carpet and vent cleaning were top shelf, the prices and bundling of the services i was hoping would be better, i was quoted a price on the phone and when they came out it was 10 times more than expected
