Joe did a fantastic job! There were a couple of stubborn stains that looked like they weren't going to come out, but Joe put in the extra time & effort to get them out. Joe is the person I want to do my carpets& recliners the next time they need to be done. Joe loves his job & it's a person who loves his job who does the best job. Everything dried out quickly & left no residual odors.I expected clean & got more than clean. I will be using Zerorez again the next time I need cleaning done. I recommended that my daughter use them for her rugs.

I was super disappointed that we had our carpets cleaned yesterday for 3 rooms for &149 plus &35? For the Hall and get an email today for 3 rooms for $109 if you book and clean I August. I believe we deserve a credit of $40 for the services we just had done. We are senior citizens on limited incomes and every dollar counts. We would have held off a couple days if we knew about this special. We like your services and everyone has always been friendly. Please see what you can do about getting us a refund. I love how clean the carpet is after a cleaning. It’s never sticky or stiff and smells wonderful! Mark, my technician, explained everything and never made me feel pressured. This is the 5th time I’ve used zerorez and I can guarantee there will be a 6th.

The rug is practically dry when you are done. Huge.

Was very pleased with the results. A little line at the end of the living room carpet, but I espect it was because it was difficult to clean the very edge against a hardwood floor.
