MY SERVICE TECH WAS ON TIME WHICH MEANS A LOT TO ME, LATE PEOPLE SUCK. HE CAME IN ACCESSED THE JOB, WE CAME UP WITH A PLAN AND HE GOT HIS EQUIPMENT AND WENT TO WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY HE DID IT AND THE FINAL RESULTS. I WAITED TO LEAVE A REVIEW TILL THE CARPET WAS COMPLETELY DRY. THE CARPET ISN'T STICKY LIKE SOME CLEANING JOBS I HAD DONE BEFORE. STICKY MEANS IT JUST GETS DIRTY AGAIN REAL FAST. THE CARPET EVEN PASSED MY WIFES ON ALL 4'S SNIFF TEST. THANK YOU JACOB FOR THE FINE JOB. WILL USE AGAIN.

The techs were fantastic. They worked hard to get our carpets cleaned. We still have a wet dog smell, but weknow that it’s not due to the service we received from our techs!
