I love that there's no chemicals being used to make my house smell so it's safe for me and my dogs. Zerorez did a great job and didn't leave our carpets a wet mess. Also the technician was very nice and friendly and more knowledgeable than I thought possible about cleaning. I can't wait to get my house done again in the fall (and add steps) to get rid of everything I know my dogs will be tracking in!
I enjoyed allowing Zerorez into my home to clean carpets in several rooms. Ryan arrived on time, did a great job, and was very knowledgeable in both the Zerorez product and the process. I particularly liked the non-chemical smell of citrus that my home had during and after the cleaning. Pricing was great, and so is Zerorez. I'll recommend them to everyone I know. It was nice to see you hire veterans. Yesterday Jonathan , noticed my Army flag in the front of the house and acknowledged that. I was impressed with the preparation. The plastic to keep out the heat, bugs etc. and the cover on our hardwood floor area and I was impressed with the plastic corner protectors too.
The carpets came back to life again.

Both carpets and tile were well cleaned. Arrived early and work done timely.
My carpets really look great. They have never been professionally cleaned and are between 8 and 15 years old! The job was done very quickly and there were no problems at all.
