The associate showed up at the time he said on the phone. He was pleasant, showed good manners, and cleaned my rugs beautifully in two hours. I was pleasantly surprised because this was my first time using Zerorez. I will definitely use them again.

IM AMAZED! NOT ONE TO BELEIVE ADS, BUT FROM START TO FINISH NO HASSLES. YOUR TECH JOHNATHAN WAS POLITE,KNOWLEGEABLE. HE CHECKED THINGS OUT TWICE AND THEN DID WHAT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR QUALITY SERVICE THAT GETS IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER LEFT FOR 3 HOURS CAME BACK TO "WOW" I WISH JONHATHAN WAS STILL HERE TO SEE THEIR REACTION. IM SURE HE ENJOYS WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE YOURS, IF I COULD INVEST IN YOUR STOCK ITS ALL UP.

Ryan was very professional. He explained the cost of cleaning our carpets up front & did a thorough job. Ryan showed me the difference in the dirty carpet and the carpet that he cleaned. He informed me of other cleaning services that Zerorez offers. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Great service at a decent price. The tech even found a vent I missed and asked me to move furniture blocking it so he could clean it. Service took about 3 hours, and was very professional and curtious.
