Service guy Dave was very friendly and did an awesome job cleaing the carpets. He explained what he was doing and other services he could do. The carpets looked new when he was done. I got their special of 3 rooms for $99. I am not sure what it would cost for the same 3 rooms without the special so not sure I'd do it again at full price.

I believe it was Riley that came to our house, and she was extremely personal, knowledgeable of products and offers, worked hard and completed everything promptly and was very thorough. Even with how satisfied I was with Zerorez on all levels, she was what made the experience a 10. Happy customer right here.

I love how quickly the carpets dry and how fresh the whole house smells.

The overall service was very professional. From the initial call to the notifications and arrival of your rep. Bruce represented your company to a tee. Bruce was very presentable and approachable. He was so respectful by addressing me as Mam and he even put shoe covers on even though we still had protection paper on our floors since we didn't yet move in. Also, I was very impressed how he went into detail on the services you provide. He explained each step he would take. Also, which was surprising, Bruce was straight forward in telling me that since I did not known what the couple stains were on the carpet - we just bought this property in the last week - he would do all he could to pre-treat but could not promise the stains would come out. Honesty up front is the best policy. I will use Zerorez again!

The Zerorez representative was knowledgeable and made a reasonable attempt to remove the stains that remained. These very small areas will more than likely be under furniture and are not highly visible. My son, who is the homeowner, is satisfied.

Professional service. Work is exceptional

Mark came into my house with the utmost courtesy introduced himself and asked to see the areas I wanted treated. Although I added a few areas Mark was glad to accommodate. After reviewing the areas he quoted me a price and told me how long it would take. I appreciated how efficient and careful he worked around my house. My carpets dried in less than 24 hours and they are like new.

The young man Dave that came to do the carpets was very friendly. He was left alone to do the work and I had no concerns about leaving him. He explained everything to me before the cleaning and after. Very professional! Thank you Zerorez!
