Even though the vent cleaning man was hours late, not of his own doing from what I understand, he was very informative, kind, friendly and very well mannered. He to the time to answer my questions, explain what he was doing and did everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. And he wasn't pushy about the products he offered me but instead explained what they were, how they worked and the benefits of having them in my home. Not something you see much of in this world now. I have recomended both serviced to my co-workers already. Thank you.
