We had Nate and Dave as our technicians. They were both nice guys and good workers. My carpet looks like new. Any spots that exhausted are gone. It smells good and it dried quickly. We had the protective coating applied to several rooms. Now the test will be to see if it stays clean longer. I am very happy with the carpet cleaning.

I will continue to use your company for any cleaning services in the future. I had my vents cleaned a few months ago, and because of the great experience, I decided to have Zerorez clean my carpets as well. Another great experience, and I am extremely pleased. Joe called with a time window before he arrived. There were no surprises with the final bill. My carpets looked like they did when they were brand new when Joe was finished (and they are 16 years old.)
