The technician was very friendly and efficient. I’m just disappointed that my actual total was a few hundred dollars more than that I was quoted. And the tech tried to upsell me on a couple things. Overall I’d recommend because my carpets look great, but I’d caution others about the estimate vs actual price.

Great job. Both service technicians explained everything that they were going to do prior to completion and both did a great job. I had the Air ducts cleaned and also some of my carpets. They were able to remove the spots on my carpets. I loved the smell when they were done with both the air ducts and the carpets- everything was so fresh!

It was easy to schedule. Riley, our tech, took the time to look at our carpets and make recommendations as to the best course of action. She worked very hard-our carpets had not been professionally cleaned that we know of and we have been in our home since 2004.

Great customer service

This was my first time using Zerorez to clean out my duct work, and I must say I was very pleased with the results. The before and after pictures wow before pics are kinda disgusting; but the after pics are great what a difference. The technician was Chris he was professional, knowledgeable, answered and explained the questions I asked. I believe this procedure will help the air quality also less dusting LOL as a house wife that's important to me. I will recommened this company to family and friends.
