Wyatt, the young man who came to clean our carpets was extremely courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on our carpets. Our living room rug was soiled from our dogs. Wyatt cleaned them so well. No more dog smell. I give him a 5 star rating along with your company! I will certainly be a repeat customer. I have already recommended you to my brother-in-law.

Had hvac ducts cleaned. Tech Chris was awesome. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

The team was efficient and friendly. They explained what they would do, reviewed the cost and completed the job quickly. They then showed me before and after photos of the ducts.
My only suggestion would be to let clients know that the sanitizer has a strong perfume-like odor and that they change the furnace setting from auto.
I had to leave the house after they finished the job because the smell of the sanitizer was bothering me. Had i known of the smell, I would probably opted to not do the sanitizer. Because I didn't know they had changed the setting on the furnace the fan ran all day while I was out of the house while the smell dissipated.
