They were on time, thorough in their explanations of the product and what they were going to do, very upfront with other options and helped me make the best choices for our lifestyle. Best of all they were able to remove a very nasty stain left behind from deteriorating rubber pads from a keyboard that had been sitting on the carpet for many year. Yah. Will definitely spread the word for the great service we had.
