Staff was very professional. Work was done as specified. I like that the carpet was not very wet when cleaning was finished. The dried carpet is soft, not crunchy like other cleaning services.

I love how clean my carpets are after having Zerorez. I had two nasty stains, one food and one pet urine and Randy was able to remove both of them! I also love the smell of the Zerorez process because its not fake and heavily perfumed. I have a dog and you would never know it after Zerorez. I will definitely use this company again and I would also like to request Randy as my tech because he was great - very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and super competent at his job! I couldnt be any happier with my cleaning - even my 15 year old said "wow, they look really good, Mom" and its hard to impress a teenager :) My husband commented this am that he couldnt believe he got the steps clean. My experience deserves the 10 rating.
