Well i like the customer service of the Pittsburgh branch. Very customer friendly and motivated to make the customer happy. My carpets look great after 5 years of wear and tear. I think there should be a call center in Pittsburgh. The one in Minnesota is not concerned one bit about making the customer happy and is very out of touch with the Pittsburgh area. I.E. the weather, areas, distances. If the customer service is continued to be run out of Minnesota i see zerorez losing customers in the Pittsburgh area.

The two gentlemen who came out to clean the dryer vent were professional and knowledgeable. Really helpful guys!

We had oil drips on carpet from my electric wheel chair. After application of your product while still wet, the carpet looked like new again. The next day upon carpet being dry, we noticed white spots where the oil drips used to be. My wife was not happy. I told her to see if our vacuum would remove the white spots left from application before complaining. Sure enough the white spots came out. Having a bright red carpet and white spots showing was going to be unacceptable. No more spots, oil or otherwise. Love it.

I had a bunch of people/neighbors ask me about your service and I gave a good review and told them it was good. Which it was but my advice is be more upfront about extra fees online so people are aware. Such as charging for closets or oversized rooms. I spent a lot of time on your website booking and I didn’t see that. Over all very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the service. Thank you.

After hearing all the ads on the radio, I decided to get a quote, Zerorez was able to come the following day on a Saturday to clean my carpets. The technician David S. Was prompt m, courteous, very knowledgeable about his job and walked us through every step of what he was doing. Whole house came out better than expected. Definitely recommend using these guy to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned.

The technician was very well prepared and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also very thoughtful and polite and took every precaution to protect the rest of our house.

We had Zerorez come out and clean the airducts and the tile floors.
The tech who did the floors was quick, knew what he had to do and made them look great.
The techs who did the airducts showed us the before and after. Big difference.

Both left the house clean like they were never there.
