My carpet was pretty dang dirty before. After it was cleaned it looks almost brand new...ummm hubby dripped some paint on it and that didn't come out obviously. Otherwise, great job Allen!

Ease of scheduling and lots of availability. Communication before arrival, letting me know approximate time he would be there within the selected time frame. Called when 20 minutes out, so I knew to expect him, Technician (Brandon) was very courteous and; wore mask and shoe covers the entire time. Brandon educated me about the process and did an excellent job, very efficient. Was forthcoming about his work experience and how well his employer treated him and the other employees, and how respected they are of each other.
