My carpets look great when they have been cleaned. I have not used another carpet cleaner since I started using Zerorez several years ago. The young lady who came out last week was very thorough and did an amazing job. I would want her to come again to clean my carpets.

Unfortunately, the whole family is having an allergic reaction to the products used. We aren't sure if we should have the carpets washed again with just water or not.

Good morning. I am writing about my dissatisfaction. We had the carpets cleaned on Saturday and I was actually surprised at how quickly it was done. The tech arrived at roughly 10:30 and was done and out by 11:15 - 11:30. I didn't think much about it as this is the first time I have used the company and it is a smaller area.
I have found now that is has dried I question the process and cleaners that were used. I am still getting a smell of pets. I went ahead and paid for 3 rooms of pre and post pet topical which I must say is not inexpensive.
Overall I am just disappointed in the quality of cleaning for the cost.

I really appreciate the time frame and the quality of the service. He got my carpet cleaner then expected :)

Great job and service!

The carpets definitely look better, but I guess since I sprung for the high traffic and pet stain treatments, I thought they would have spent a bit more time on the problem areas. Looking at it today, it seems the spray they used near the entry way discolored the carpet, I think from the strip used to transition from the carpet to the linoleum getting wet. The cleaning team was great; friendly, professional and on time.

Friendly, competent, efficient. I have tried several services now. Recent was duct cleaning. Zerores does not disappoint. They have wonderful service personnel.

You need to go over the carpets after shampooing with suction only to extract more water. My carpets were saturated and took from 10am until the next morning to dry.
The cleaning was great.
