The cleaning system: pre-treatment for pet stains, scrubbing & extraction. Finishing with an enzyme to continue the odor control is very effective.
You technician Dominic was very knowledgeable & worked very efficiently & effectively. He did a superior job and I will request him again.

Basic cleaning was horrible! You didnt even pick up normal traffic hallway dirt! My kirby would have done better but landlord required professional carpet cleaning! I will not ise your service again!

You charged me 411 dollars and didn't clean my couch properly, then I got attitude from your office lady Lexi . Then you wanted to charge me even more money to come back and do the job right. I'll NEVER RECOMMEND YOU
I paid 411 dollars for a couch, loveseat, and carpet cleaned with 'special pet odor enzymes.' The next day it still stank. I called and spoke with 'Lexi' who was very condescending and said I'd have to pay for another fee and wouldn't let me speak with a manager. When I finally received a phone call back they wanted to charge me for another application of enzymes. If this is how you make your money, cheating people who could become future customers, good luck. I'll NEVER recommend zerorez
The politeness, efficiency and attitude of your employees. This is the second(?) third(?) time I have used ZeroRex and I will continue to have my carpets cleaned by ZeroRez in the future.
