No, you don’t want to hear from me. I have been trying to contact you for the last two weeks, your company damaged my bedroom set. I have not heard anything, anything from you on how to resolve this issue. Therefore, I will have to move forward with legal action. I have never worked with a company who has been so uninterested in helping people who may have an issue.
I know alot of professionals in the community, brokers, doctors and I will not hesitate to let than all know the kind of company this is, social media is a wonderful way to let people know about your business.
This is a sad way to run a business.
My carpets are old and were covered in pet stains. I was not expecting the result I saw. Almost all the stains are gone. I definitely will recommend this company to others.

You carpet cleaned twice in a row for us on same carpets and they still stink and none of the stains came out. I didn’t care about the stains but I was really hoping the animal stench would be gone. Also, the carpet cleaner guy forgot to carpet clean our master closet and bottom portion of stairs the second time. Maybe the carpets are just this bad but it’s disappointing to have them cleaned twice and have them still stink.

Price once all the add-ons were done was higher than I expected.
Our technician was drunk or intoxicated when he cleaned our house. And the floors were still soaked a day and a half later. And he added a tip for himself as well. I feel like he rushed through the job and didn’t do an outstanding job.
I paid for pre-treatment, deep scrub and pet treatment, but odor returned as soon as the carpet dried. Bathroom transition was not cleaned, and other detail areas (behind doors, along edge of beds) were skipped. Stair risers were not done. Angled wand strokes left 1/2 carpet overwet. There was no grooming process at all. The technician was friendly and had a professional demeanor, but lacked basic knowledge of the chemistry and cleaning processes.
The guys came today and did the duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning and did a very good, thorough job. However, I wanted to mention that despite their best efforts a considerable amount of dirt, etc. came out of the vents all over our newly washed carpets (which were washed just last week by Zerorez). This is just what I was afraid of when I asked the gentleman who took my initial scheduling call and scheduled both on the same day. When I asked whether it would be OK to have the carpet cleaned on the same day as the duct cleaning, he said it wouldn't be any problem and we wouldn't have to worry about the duct cleaning dirtying the newly washed carpets. So, I'd like to ask that your company make it a new policy to not schedule these two jobs on the same day, but instead to have the carpet cleaning take place at least one day after the duct cleaning has been completed. I would highly recommend Zerorez of Willamette Valley to anyone looking for a thorough, high quality carpet cleaning. Imaeji was wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She had an early morning cancellation and called to say she could come a bit earlier if that worked for me, which was great! She was very efficient I am, thrilled with her work. My carpet is 20 years old, but now looks new again! Zerorez has earned my loyalty for future projects. Thank you so much! :)
Prompt arrival, excellent service, great customer service! I never feel like the carpets are sticky or smell of chemicals after they’re cleaned. It’s great for the pets and my young niece.
From beginning to end our experience with the ZEROREZ TEAM was EXCELLENT!! Dominick R. and Chad S. arrived on time and were knowledgable, professional, respectful and kind. They explained the ZEROREZ process and answered all my questions. They did their work and finished in good time. I told them that I didn’t expect miracles with a light colored, highly stained 26 year old carpet…. But by the time they finished….it was pretty darn close! We are very pleased with the results and will have the ZEROREZ TEAM out again. We will and already have highly recommended the company to our friends and relatives. Appt. time was to be between 8:00 a.m.---- 1:00 p.m. did not show up until 1:30 p.m. used a whip not brush looks like not clean towards top by floor they said I would need to purchase another option to clean that & get disinfect $200 should of been told that when placed order.
