Heard about you on Lars Larson radio show. Am very pleased with the service. Tyler was excellent. Worked hard to remove some stubborn stains and the carpet looks and feels great. I will pass this information to family and friends.

First visit seemed really long......some stains came back. 2nd visit wasn't long enough because and hour later the stains they came back for came back again.

Only disappointed in the price. I had the three smallest rooms in the house done. Because one needed some pet stains treated it cost over a hundred dollars more than last time when I had two of the biggest rooms done with the same small one with spots.

Made multiple large spots, areas with extreme discoloration
Called to report, sent pictures Saturday, video Sunday. Called again on Monday
They scheduled a redo for Wednesday 11/9
Company called me Wednesday to reschedule for Thursday, 12:00 to 4:00
I asked that they arrive by 2:00.
It is now 3:40. I called a few minutes ago, Tyler is finishing a job in Eugene.
I have had furniture in kitchen, dining room, etc, for a week. I run a business & can’t get to filing cabinet, etc.
I have cancelled appointments to accommodate. My carpet, only had him do one room thankfully, looks & smells horrible. I have been extremely patient but there have been too many excuses.
Extremely dissatisfied & was charged
$1,399. Your add was $99 for 3 rooms. I was told charge would be $160 as I am in Corvallis. I agreed to pay extra for some special treatment so spots did not reoccur. I certainly did not expect $1,239 to have many, more & much ,larger spots created. Now nearly 4:00
Apparently I will need to call Visa & dispute charges.
Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. It was incredibly easy to make the appointment, Eugene was extremely prompt, I didn't feel like he tried to sell me anything I didn't need, but also let me know about some helpful services that made my carpet look amazing when he was done. The price was incredibly fair, especially considering the state of my carpets, and he was done in a jiffy. All said, I am very excited to make this a yearly experience.
I mentioned pricing as heard on radio via Val Steele, don’t feel I got that. Also would have liked to lbeen told donation of good got me a free treatment.

The carpet looks ok except for a spot I’m not sure why it’s yellow. The area fig doesn’t even look like it’s cleaned. . It wasn’t terribly soiled to begin with but now has some dirty stiff spots. I will take it somewhere to be cleaned. We paid extra for the extra cleaning in traffic areas( which I think is a strange thing to charge as you should clean it to a point that it’s clean whether traffic area or not. We also paid for protectant. Just disappointing for the extreme cost.

Rich was a so wonderful. He explained the products in detail and made sure I understood the pricing. Answered my questions and not once did i ever feel pressured into purchasing additional services. He was fast and efficient and i would definitely have him come back.
