Tyler was very helpful, polite, and efficient. Did an excellent job - we were very impressed with how nice our carpet looked after being way overdue for cleaning.

First of all, lest start from the beginning. We had one room, one loft, and one set of stairs. Less than the 3 rooms. We stopped by your booth at the home show, and you were running a special, 3 rooms for $99.00. You charged my wife $273.00. Then told her you took off $100.00 because I was a veteran. Now figure the math out on that. Thirdly all furniture was moved out except for one couch, which was on coasters or sliders. Two as which my ten-year-old nephew could slid out by his self. You guy's had two grown men and wouldn't slide it out. My wife slid one end out They cleaned it and slid it back. So, half of the back of the couch didn't get done. Fourth of all who does business without giving out a receipt. Fifth, When I came home over 24 hours later, I walked into a house that smelled like (S--T). Now you ask, how you can make things right, well I'll leave that one up to you. If I don't feel that your solution, whatever it may be a good one, well I'll just have to take my business elsewhere.

Carpet looks pretty good but the edges didn't appear to get clean. The carpet is a darker color next to the trim.

Our cleaner was fast, efficient and neat. Great job.

We just moved into our home and weren’t knowledgeable of the possible pet stains and such that can come with ”used” carpet but our technician was great at explaining the process, recommendations to treat the carpet and was very considerate of my home. He was able to get out spots that I didn’t even see plus ones I could. I would highly recommend them!

I think there were a few stains that could have been removed with more effort, but overall I'm pretty pleased with the service and with Tyler. I will use you guys again.
