Cleans older rugs very well. I appreciate the technology of the alkaline water use and the ability it has to clean and get the dirt out. I have light carpet and it is easily seen how much brighter and clean they are after Zerorez.
Called one day, got quote, scheduled next day. . . No issues, great fast professional service.
Manager Duncan came yesterday and he seemed to be in a rush finishing cleaning the carpet for three rooms, a hallway and a walking closet un about 30 minutes. He might have done it but I did not see him spraying the carpets with siap.
He offered other option which would have doubled the cost and made us sign a waiver which I requested a copy but he could not provided.
Even if he has been a long time with your company, it does not justify his confusing offers to no benefit to us.
Today CJ cleaned two more rooms . He was very thorough spraying with soap and proceeding to clean the remaining carpets . Very pleasant!
Our tech, Emi, did a good job and was very professional.

Zeroez as always does an exellent job cleaning my carpet. They show up on time, get busy, and "get're done". Dominic was awesome and full of information that answer all of my questions.

I loved the gal that cleaned, but I noticed 3-4 spots that she did not get out other than the ones she told me about when she finished.
I have been a Zerorez customer for many years and I had referred many friends and family. I have always been very pleased with my carpets and service. This time on 5/31 was sadly a huge exception. My cleaners arrived almost 2 hours past the 5-hour window. I tried to be very understanding about this. They rushed through the cleaning and then told me the amount due was actually more than they had originally quoted. Again, I let that go.
But, the next day my carpets were still very wet and 2 areas they had "treated" for pet stains were now large and discolored. There are currently 2 rectangular marks of discoloration that were not present prior to them being "cleaned." I contacted Zerorez immediately and was told a manager would get back to me. I waited a full day and nothing. I contacted them again and was a told manager would call me on Saturday 6/03. No one has contacted me still as of the end of the day Mon 6/5.
I just want someone to come back and re-do these 2 areas. I understand that certain stains may not be removed and that is fine. But my carpet is now WORSE than before it was cleaned.
Only a single pass was completed on our carpet cleaning. We paid for the pet treatment as well. Several of our spots were just ran over once and were not fully removed. I have had to go back over them with some pet cleaning to get them to be removed. I watched the tech in the living room at no effort besides a single pass was used to address the stains. When asked if he was able to get them out he said yes. Unfortunately I did not walk on the wet carpet to check.
Would have like to have the know spots to have a least a second pass or so to ensure spot was removed.
Also did not like the hoses being dragged across our wood floors and against the walls when pull the hoses to the upstairs.
Carpets are still damp in some areas after 24 hrs to dry with fans blowing. Not the 4-8 hrs as stated.
Just disappointed when you pay for extras and you don’t get what you anticipate.
We were very pleased with the service. The floors and sofa look great, the tech was professional and very knowledgeable, she did an excellent job, and the price is good.

The spot remover product is Amazing!! I recommend having your cleaner go over the carpet a second pass to suck out any extra water remaining in fibers to speed up dry time

The price quoted was nearly 150 dollars less than the final price which was already way to expensive but I was enticed by the technology used. It took 48 hours to dry, not 4-8 as stated by the technician.

On time, well mannered, respected my animals, and were done quickly and efficiently.
The over sell went from 300 to well over 1500 hundred and the reparative did not know why to recommend the products i don’t know if they get paid on commission or just are thought to up sell at any cost possible but after fighting with them for over 10 minutes they finally cleaned my carpet at more than quoted still with out answers and then when leaving said it will not be my fault I will not recommend

The job was a very good one was amazed at how dirty it really was
The technician did a great job, but the final price doubled when he saw what kind of stains there were. The person who confirmed my appointment should have told me of that possibility. It felt very much like a bait & switch. "We will come clean for $500, but if you want all the stains out, you will need to pay us twice that. And if we don't treat those stains, the odor will be worse. And if you just change your mind, you owe us for a cancelled appointment."
It is not hard to state, in advance, that certain stains (like urine for example) will require additional treatment and here is the estimated cost. I told the scheduler this was a new house to us. She should have told us about the likely add-ons.
The same thing happened today when we had the vents cleaned. The carpet technician gave us a quote on Monday. We accepted and scheduled. Today, we were told "if you want the mold and allergens out, it will be another $200".
Treat your customers with respect. Tell them the real (likely) costs up front.
We wanted the additional carpet stain treatment and we wanted the allergen reduction add-on, but to be surprised by the cost of both was very bad business and not how a company should treat someone they want as a repeat customer.

I want to tell you, this young lady put me in a position of not being overwhelmed, but instead, she brought peace.
The work that she did on my carpets was better than any other carpet people I’ve had in the past. I cannot believe that she was able to pull up all of the pet grime and even the wrinkles in the carpet.
I have always heard about zero razz for many many years as I listen to 93.9. All of the reviews have been fantastic. I appreciated the email correspondence (twice) prior to the appointment stating what to expect and when. I appreciated receiving a call from the technician 30 minutes prior to the arrival time and then she was exactly on time.
The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. She had great customer service skills.

I don’t feel the person that cleaned our carpets did a very good job at all. She took less time to clean the whole house 1500 sf, than the last person took to clean only 2 rooms and the hallway. She was in such a hurry as I was her last apt for the day. Please remove my email address from your advertising.
