I received a response today to my earlier negative review. Upon arriving home with my brand new 19.6 (6/14/24) I found that I had no 12 V house power. I eventually found the problem and solved it but my calls for help and troubleshooting went unanswered. Today, (6/18) I received a call from the Saratoga service manager and discussed at length. I am encouraged to know that The dealership actually does care about serving their customers. My faith has been restored. Thank you for calling me back.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression…. you guys blew it.
Got my brand new Nobo 19.6 home only to find it all the 12 V house functions will not work off the battery. Had a discussion late Friday afternoon with my sales person. I asked to be connected with a service person to help me troubleshoot. He responded by email with some manuals and schematics that may as well have been Japanese as far as I’m concerned. Called my sales person again Saturday morning and asked to be connected to a service person. He had to take my phone number for the eighth time and still never got a call back. Monday has come and gone, it is now Tuesday and still have not heard from anyone. I’d be A little impressed if I got a response to this review from management.

Alpin Haus has great after the sale customer service. We always get someone to answer the phone or call us back and respond to our needs. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them.
My sales contact, Rich, was wonderful.
Bill and team did a great install. It was evident that they have experience and take pride in their work.
The only thing I would mention is that some put their food and drinks on our home AC unit, which made me a little nervous, but, no spills, and other than that everything went off without a hitch.
Tom from Lou's Electric won't be here until tomorrow (a week after install) due to a mechanical issue. I got a call from Saratoga Bromite today so they will come pending electrical work and inspection. Pete from Morris Fence put up the temporary fence and measured for our fencing.

The final price came in on budget and on time. The install was also very professional.
I just bought a sea doo switch from Alpin Haus and I am extremely happy with their service. I knew nothing about boats and they answered all my questions.
The only reason I do business there is because of Jonathan Baker He is one hundred percent

Excellent service all around…our salesman Patrick Luci gracious, friendly and knowledgeable, Matt in finance so accommodating, Rich gave us a great run through and the young man who delivered our RV (I’m so sorry, not sure of his name…Connor?) set it right where we wanted it. And the RV itself…fabulous!…everyone we showed it to was very impressed. Thank you AlpinHaus!

Quality work by technicians
I took my rv motorhome in for repairs since I just bought it and added the warranty on it. Found some things that didn't work on it. Tried several times to get someone to reply to my messages that I left on their voice machine, and no one returned my calls. The only way that I got a call is when I finally got in hold of someone.
How to improve is for the people to return their calls. Still waiting for them to call me back.
Very nice people straight forward and easy to work with and will get you right in and diagnose the issue and correct it for you in a timely manner...even worked around my schedule...Matt in service is awesome
My sales person Josh Hale was great. We came to a deal efficiently. Brandon my service tech was very informative the day we picked up and went through everything
