Very helpful. Parts came in sooner than expected. Was able to get repairs done in a day.
I had called Josh, your salesperson who had sold me the trailer, the day before I was going to arrive to pick up the trailer. He indicated he would be there. I got there that morning and no Josh. So another gentleman took over for him. Once I finally had the kayak and trailer and had taken it out to the water and on the return trip,, some friends who were with me noticed that the right trailer light was very weak. That evening, I removed the cover and noticed that the incandescent bulb had shattered and only the smaller side bulb was working. In order to figure out what kind of bulb I needed, I took the cover off the other trailer light and noticed that this one had a gasket. The right hand one did not. So even though this is considered a new purchase despite it being 4 years old, it was obvious that it had been used for parts by your company. That was very disappointing and required me to return to Amsterdam to have your company find a gasket for me. Also, you'r serviceman told me that I should detach the hitch connection before I take the trailer into the water and this would somehow keep the bulb from shattering once the hot bulb touched the cold water. If that's the case, why didn't one of your people tell me that beforehand? Secondly, that makes no sense because then I would be required to wait 5-10 minutes for the bulbs to cool down and no one has ever told me anything like that before. Friends with trailers I have talked to tell me that's not something they have ever heard of or they ever do. I did. Appreciate your servicemen helping me with the bunks and getting them set up for my kayak. But, when I got home it had shifted considerably. So I removed the bunks and devised a different system to secure my kayak but he did try and I appreciate it.

We will never recommend your service department to anyone . You have had our camper since May 9th and it is still not fixed . The only department I would recommend is sales but why would anyone buy a camper where they can’t have subsequent service done on it .
Art Cooper, our salesman was great. We give him a 10 out of 10. He was professional, knowledgable and patient. We walked in, told him what we were looking for and he showed us 3 differrent models. We found exactly what we wanted and put a down payment on the model we chose before we left.
The entire Alpin Haus staff were extremeley helpful and so easy to deal with.

The service associate that checked me in was fantastic. I believe his name was Chris, my only complaint is I asked them just to check the air pressure in my tires they are filled with nitrogen but can fill it with air also, well that was a $68.70 charge just to put air in my tires. That I think was ridiculous.
Brian is great at the service desk. The mechanics are easy to speak with when you need service. I have purchased many items at Alpin Haus and the experience has always been positive. As a business that donates regularly to the community, I have no problem paying their fair prices all around and seeing this company keep growing.

Wrong size liner ordered. Felt rushed in making a decision to 'cap' my light when the technicians said they were unable to pull the existing wire through the conduit. They claimed the 'water truck is coming so we need to cap it'. They were able to fix the light after Jamie got involved.
Now, there is a 2' crease in the new liner floor that needs to get repaired with another callback.
This has not been a great experience.

Be more responsive to customers using service dept. I always have to call for followup info. If not status or other advise is not given without prompting with call.

We've had a pretty terrible experience with Alpin Haus since 2019. I won't go into it all BUT Alpin Haus Amsterdam 5S store has been a lot better than Saratoga was. Specifically Eric the lead service technician. If it wasn't for Eric we'd change dealerships for our camper service and repairs and inspections.
On point
A repair the slides on my motorhome. The slides were working perfectly when I dropped my coach off.. the technician doing the work is said he had problems getting the driver side slide back to work. He said he had fixed the problem.. when I got home, the driver side slide would not work I was able finally to get it close so that I could transport motorhome back to Alpin House.
I purchased a 2017 imagine camper from them on the 15 th of may and had some issues that need to be resolved after speaking with greg and dave of customer service we were able to resolve a plan to resolve the issues of concern by sending a great crew to my campsite they were very knowledgable of all issues and and examine them then repaired them on site which was convenient for me as i did not have to bring back to shop as was already setup at camp . I thanked them for this ,fixed leak in shower with sealent and all issues thanks again guys
Great experience buying my first boat with Josh, Ryan and Vicki. Andy also did an amazing job going through everything when I went to pick it up. Can’t say enough good things about the team at Alpin Haus! Thank you all again!!
Service quickly fixed the issues with our new motorhome. Would not recommend the concierge service package - it was a joke to use

Although you haven't finished the work yet, I'm very happy that you are getting it covered under warranty.

I use the pool services often whether it be testing my pool water or my many questions about our pool. The new showroom is very nice with its line of Telescope and other brands. Everyone there is always willing to help and always cheerful.
