This time the Canvas Shop Excelled! But your service organization is very good overall. I trailer my Yamaha 2 1/2 hours each way to have a team I trust work on it.
We love our RV. Our property at home has not been able to store/park it and the team at Alpin Haus has been wonderful to work with over the past few years to take care of my rig, winterize, store safely, repair issues that were usually my doing, and always have it ready for me as promised! My property just got setup to accommodate the big rig, so it is home here now but we had such a wonderful experience working with Alpin Haus!
I felt very confortable with Mike when he showed me the trailer, he took his time to explain everything about it. Never felt any kind of pressure from him into buying something.

Thank You to the staff at Amsterdam Alpin Haus. We had a great experience. Steve our sales man was patient with us as we looked at several units. Very knowledgeable also. Vickey the finance manager was great. Thanks to Dominic for a great job with the demo. John did a great job with explaining and demoing the 4 point hitch to me. Kyle was great with the final paperwork. Jerry the parts manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gary was very helpful by pulling out the camper we were looking at so we could see it with the awnings out. Also picking up our old camper that we traded in. Also a big thanks to Shannon for looking in our old camper after we left for something my wife thought she left in the camper.
