The hosts were polite and helpful. More than one person were ready to help with my questions. I even had an associate ask if I needed help carrying my concessions to my seat. Last, it was a nice touch when we were told to have a good night by everyone.

We go to the Embassy because we love the reclining seats. We come back for the service.

It's always clean theaters and a warm atmosphere. I always bring out of towners to santikos theaters because they're so unique to San Antonio.

The theater is always clean and the seat are very comfortable. There is always a wide assortment of movies or special showings to pick from. Also, the menu in the theaters is always diverse.

Theatre isn't as cold as some other theaters, the staff is nice and friendly, seats and bathrooms are clean, and due to a kitchen mishap with the pizza, my brother got a large slice to eat during the movie.

I love this theatre. Very nice, always have a great experience. I love the cozy recliner chairs. I also enjoy seeing the movie memorabilia. My biggest complaint is, they need more counter space near the fountain drink section.

We had an issue when we bought our tickets online, we went to guest services and told him what happen. He called his manager an he addressed our issue and was going to find out why that happen online. Great customer service.
