It went very well. Only complaint was the heat inside the theater. Normally it's really cold but that's understandable seeing a new movie on the opening day.

It's always a great experience. Theater is always clean, seats comfortable, food great. The rewards are awsome so I save money. The Embassy is my first choice when I want to see a movie.

Fresh popcorn was the winner!!! The staff was very attentive, the wait for concessions wasn't long at all. I hope I don't jinx anything but everything was perfect! Thank you.

It's clean, relaxing and a friendly place to visit. I love buying my tickets online and picking out my seats in advance. I also like that Santikos gives money back to the community.

One of the managers at the Embassy Santikos I believe his name was Luis was so very helpful. He checked to see how many points I had on my rewards. He definitely an asset for Santikos.

I wanted to let you know that the customer service we received last night was AMAZING!!

The manger personally walked the food we ordered to our seats because it was a large order. We walked with me all the way to the top of the theatre and could not be anymore friendly. The manager was awesome

When we were placing our order for food the shift manager (younger dark haired guy ) too extra time to tell us all about the menu and recommended many things that turned out great to eat.

The staff helped us switch seats with a smile on there face and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Well done .. we will tell everyone about our experience and we will definitely we back soon

Comfortable seats, very nice looking theaters and decent food options. However I'm a very active rewards member and my birthday was Feb 13th and I never received a free movie ticket for my birthday month.

We like the seats the most They are very comfortable. The bartenders are friendly and efficient. Food is good but somewhat a bit overpriced.
