I like the seats and menu, and the general feel of the theater...decor and props are great!....although changing it up from time to time would be a nice addition. I also miss the Starbucks machine :(

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I tried to use VIP passes and I was told that santikos no longer honors no expiration passes. I always buy my tickets online and never had an opportunity to use these until today and was told no more. This is disappointing as they were purchased at a charity event that I went to. Was there communication that these were no longer accepted?
